> Training The ProLease team of real estate professionals is excited to provide training at your office, at our office in New York or over the web. Most clients take advantage of our web training sessions, which are very effective and easy to schedule. We always price training for unlimited attendees. Lease administrator training typically requires about a half day. Only 30 minutes is required for read-only/report-type users. > Lease Abstracting We are available to abstract and enter your leases directly into ProLease. Our abstracting team is comprised of professionals with many years of real estate and ProLease experience. All work is performed in Connecticut or New York. We do not outsource any work offshore. > Lease Scanning Our staff can assist with scanning paper leases and documents into PDF format. Documents can be scanned with OCR word recognition and indexed. Once scanned, documents can be easily uploaded into ProLease. > Data Migration Our development team can migrate data from almost any data source directly into ProLease to help get you up and running immediately. We have experience migrating from Excel, Access, SQL, Lotus Notes and many competitors’ databases. We will work with your staff closely to ensure that all data is migrated as accurately as possible. > Systems Integration Many clients have integrated their ProLease database with internal systems. The most common example is creating an interface between ProLease and the client’s accounts payable system for automation of monthly rent payments. We have also worked with retail accounting systems to import monthly sales figures for calculation of percentage rent payments. In addition, many clients have integrated ProLease with our Link Workplace Management solution to manage cost center allocations, headcount and metrics such as sq. ft./person and lease cost/person. Integration can be accomplished by scripted file transfer or ODBC connection. > Software Customization We have always tried to make ProLease flexible enough to accommodate most clients’ needs. However, we realize that some clients will have specific requirements not included in ProLease. In these cases, we are happy to work with clients to program their unique requirements into ProLease. Customizations range from specific data screens to complex reports. |
