Link WM’s Service Request system is a Web-based, self-service application for automating your organization’s facility request process — including the request submission, approval, delegation and service delivery — keeping everyone informed along the way. It enables you to automate, analyze and, ultimately, establish best practices in facility service delivery for your organization.
The Service Request component enables anyone in your organization to request the services they require over the Web using a self-service work-process application. These may include hot/cold calls, broken furniture and many more. Requestors can specify their requirements, managers can view request details for approval, and internal or external service providers can receive their specific requirements. During these steps, all groups can be updated on the status of the requests through email notification and reports. |
