Link WM accurately measures square footage by building, floor, department and office/workstation area. These measurements can then be used to effectively track cost center allocations, utilization and vacancies. Floor plans can easily be color-coded by space use, cost centers, vacancies, staff level, staff type and more.

Space Allocations/Chargebacks
Link WM has made it very easy to allocate square footage to cost centers. Cost centers are assigned to areas on floor plans and then standard reports aggregate square footage by multiple cost center levels and display chargeback amounts. Reports and plans are geared to make sure that each cost center within the organization is held accountable for its space usage and accurately billed. Allocations can also be integrated with our ProLease Lease Administration software for allocation of lease expenses.
