> Needs Analysis
The first step with each new client is Needs Analysis. During this phase we meet with clients to understand existing procedures, organizational structure and standards. Our objective is always to have a successful implementation and develop a streamlined process for the client to maintain Link WM on an ongoing basis. At the end of the day, this will allow our clients to save time and reduce costs.
> Implementation/Setup
Our implementation services are designed to get clients up and running as soon as possible. We will assist with gathering CAD plans and facility data, setting it up in the system and installing the system on-site.
> CAD Conversion
If you have scaled, paper floor plans that are not in CAD, we can convert them into CAD format very inexpensively.
> Architectural Services
Link Systems has architects on staff for on-site field surveys, CAD input and maintaining floor plans on an ongoing basis. Our sister company, CPG Architects, provides a full range of architectural services such as space planning, design and developing corporate standards.
> Training
Link Systems’ Facilities Professionals can provide training at your site or at Link Systems’ office. Training covers all facets of Link WM. Separate sessions can be scheduled for various user groups.
> Ongoing Support
After the initial implementation phase and training, Link Systems’ staff is available to provide ongoing support services. This can be as small as a quick field survey or as large as day-to-day management of the client’s database. |
